What are my shipping options?
We use USPS and UPS shipping for standard orders. As an online business, shipping is one of our biggest expenses and we need to be able to cover these costs - especially as shipping rates continue to rise. That said, we've worked hard to cover as much of the shipping costs as possible on your orders. Shipping prices vary and depend on purchase size, weight, and shipping destination. This is similar to most merchants you will find online.
What is the shipping schedule?
We work extremely hard with our team to get orders out as quickly as possible. We ship within 2-4 business days of orders received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will process and ship Monday. All orders will leave from Bend, OR. ALL orders get a tracking number - you will receive a tracking link for all orders and can monitor the order's progress.
Subscriptions begin shipping by the 15th of each month.
Where do you ship?
Currently shipping to US and Canada. Rates will appear in your cart once you have entered your shipping address.
Shipping times varies from 10-15 business days to Canada. Please note that any applicable duties will be the responsibility of the customer. At this time we do not ship to third-party or forwarding companies.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately at support@bubblesandjoy.com and attach a photo.
