What ages is Bubbles & Joy designed for?

Our boxes are designed to be fun for children 3+. It's perfect for all little ones who enjoy taking a bath (or those who need a little encouragement :)...it's been a hit with kids as old as 8. 

I'm trying to login to my account, but it's saying, "no email found." 

Even if you're signed up as an existing customer or subscriber, our system requires you to create an account. Click on "create account" under the blue "Sign In" button to create an account with the email you used to make your purchase. Once you've created an account, you can login and view orders and manage your subscription. 

How do I set up an account?

Once you order with us, you're in our system. But you'll still need to setup/activate your account in order to login and manage your subscription. It's a quick and easy process:

2. Click "create account"
3. Enter your name, email and desired password
4. Click "create" and you should be all set

How does the Bubbles & Joy monthly subscription work?

Our Monthly Subscription is a recurring subscription - you will be charged on the 15th of each month and a new box of bath time fun will ship out to you around the15th.

When will I be billed/charged?

If you are prepaying your subscription, your card will be charged when you check out. If you are not prepaying, you will be charged for your first box at checkout and then on the 15th of each month after you receive your first box.

What is the "Prepay" Option?

Prepaying your subscription is a great way to save on your boxes. When you prepay, you pay upfront for all the months selected (3, 6 or 12) + shipping for each month's box. Once you've prepaid, you will automatically receive your box each month. This is a great way to gift a Bubbles & Joy Monthly Subscription!

Can I give Bubbles & Joy as a gift? 

You bet! In addition to single box options, we offer gift cards and prepaid subscriptions of 3, 6, and 12 months that make perfect gifts. Be sure to include a note at checkout and we will handwrite your message and include it in the recipient's box. Click on the "Gifting" section for more information. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page. Subscriptions get a $5 discount from most single boxes, so there is a 3-month minimum term. After your third month you can cancel your subscription whenever you like.  If you have any issues email us at support@bubblesandjoy.com to get the ball rolling.
