Refund policy
Single Box Refunds
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We have a 10-day return policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bubblesofjoy.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Subscription Refunds & Cancellations
You can manage your subscription by logging in and going to your account page. Subscriptions get a $4 discount each month, so there is a 3-month minimum term. After your third month you can cancel your subscription whenever you like. If you have any issues please email tyler@bubblesandjoy.com. Prepaid subscriptions are not eligible for midterm cancelations.
